This new 52 unit Super 8 Motel is close to Hot Springs State Park, which boasts the top "hot spot" in Thermopolis, Wyo., the Star Plunge, the pool with water slides, Jacuzzi tubs, tanning decks and 127 degree mineral water from the turquoise and green Big Spring. In addition, bison, wild burros and deer roam within the park's 10 acres. Guests also are near golf; shops and commercial services; fitness center and spa; wax museum; Wyoming Dinosaur Museum; Hot Springs Museum with Butch Cassidy & Sundance Kid memorabilia; Wind River Canyon; and Wind River whitewater float and guided fishing trips.
